
The ductile iron pilot-operated pressure-reducing valve primarily consists of a main valve, a pilot valve, control piping and accessories, and a sealing system; the main valve features a ductile iron body, paired with a main valve spool, valve seat, diaphragm/piston, and main spring; The pilot valve is a small brass or stainless steel pressure-regulating valve equipped with a regulating spring, adjusting screw, and locking nut; the control piping and accessories include a pressure feedback tube, needle valve, inlet and outlet pressure gauges, filter, and isolation ball valve; the sealing system utilizes wear-resistant rubber or alloy sealing surfaces, ensuring reliable sealing and effectively preventing leakage.
